Meet The Elder Team
What is our Elder Team?
The elder team provides spiritual oversight and leadership for Campus View Church, helping guide the vision and direction of our church family. Each elder has demonstrated a commitment to servant leadership, humility, teachability, and a genuine love and care for others. In keeping with our church's leadership process, each elder has been presented to and affirmed by the congregation.

Carl Frost
first became involved with Campus View Church in 1999 as a freshman at Ball State University. He has served in full-time ministry with the church for over 20 years.
Carl married his wife, Carolyn, in 2006, and they have three children: Lincoln, Lily, and Wilson. He enjoys investing in people, teaching Scripture, and helping others take next steps in their faith

Stan Pittman
lives in Yorktown with his wife, Laura. They have three children. He has been part of the Campus View church family since 1991, and the relationships, encouragement, and sense of community he has found there have been a meaningful part of his life and faith journey. Professionally, Stan works with under-resourced individuals with disabilities, helping them access opportunities and support that improve their quality of life.

Ben Buehler
lives in Muncie with his wife, Beth, and their three children. He teaches high school science during the week and has been part of Campus View Church since 2003. Ben has enjoyed serving the church in a variety of ways over the years and has been a member of the Elder team since 2026. He is passionate about this church community supporting college students as they live out their faith."
What is our Advisory Board?
The Advisory Board serves as a source of wisdom, counsel, and accountability for the Elder Team of Campus View Church. Made up of both members of our church and trusted individuals from outside our congregation, the Advisory Board provides valuable perspective and support as the church seeks to faithfully pursue its mission and vision.

Meet Our Current Residents
What is our Residency Program?
Campus View Church offers a 1–2 year residency program designed to develop college students and community members for ministry leadership. The Residency Program provides hands-on experience in full-time church ministry and a deeper understanding of the life and work of the local church.
This program is a good fit for individuals who are self-motivated, creative, flexible, and eager to step outside their comfort zone to reach new people on campus and in the Muncie community.
Residents may serve in areas such as Campus Kids, social media and marketing, tech, worship, outreach and evangelism, and small group leadership and community development.
